You can apply for a discount for Capacities Pro. Please fill out the form below.

The Capacities Discount Program is for students.You can read about the discount program and the eligibility criteriahere . We'll review your application and get back to you as soon as possible. Applications not eligible for the discount will be rejected.

If you are eligible and your application gets approved, you will get a 40% discount on the annual plan for Capacities Pro or Capacities Believer. For more information, see the FAQs.

You must have an active account before applying for the student discount. Please enter the email you signed up with here. Without this, your application will be rejected automatically.

This helps verify your student status, but isn’t accepted alone. We know not all institutions have student emails, so please fill in the remaining fields.

You should NOT use this email for your Capacities account. Access to educational emails is often removed after graduation. Using a personal email for your Capacities account will ensure continuity of access.

Please provide the full name, no abbreviations. The institution needs to be verifiable via an internet search.

Please enter the year you expect to graduate from your enrolled program.

Proof of Education Status
  • Enrollment letter from registrar (dated within current academic year)
  • Current timetable or class schedule showing your name and institution
  • Current tuition receipt
  • Student ID card with expiry date (if no expiry, must be paired with another proof)

Please add any additional information we might need for reviewing your application. Especially add additional information if you could not provide all the information above. If you do not provide all information, we cannot accept your application.

Data Processing

By submitting an application, you agree to Capacities reviewing your uploaded documents for the sole purpose of verifying your student status, and to securely deleting them after review. You consent to the processing of the personal data contained therein for the sole purpose of confirming your eligibility for the student discount. We will handle your data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. Upon successful completion of the verification process, the submitted documents and any digital copies will be permanently deleted from our systems. This consent is specific to the verification process; for more information on how we handle personal data, please see our main Privacy Policy.

Terms & Conditions

The student discount is a voluntary promotional offer granted at our sole discretion, and there is no legal entitlement to it. Eligibility requires the submission of a current and valid proof of student status from a recognized educational institution, which we reserve the right to verify at any time. The discount is non-transferable, cannot be combined with other promotions, and is valid only for the duration of the verified student status. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this discount program at any time, as well as to refuse or revoke a discount in individual cases, particularly in the event of misuse, without providing a reason. In all other respects, the general Terms and Conditions of Capacities apply.
