AI Auto-fill for Tags and Select Properties
Capacities’ AI Assistant can now assign your existing tags to an object at the click of a button! You’ll see a purple sparkle icon anywhere you have tags.
Watch this video to learn more, or read on!
This will never create new tags– you remain in control of your tags, but now AI can help you find the right ones!
This is a huge time saver, especially if you have a lot of tags. It also helps you to use the most relevant tags you might have forgotten about.
We’ve also added AI Auto-fill for select properties, which you can toggle on in the property settings.
This lets you auto-fill authors based on the book title, countries based on the name of the location, and much more. Endless possibilities!
Backlinks, Tag pages and Calendar now work offline
We’ve added even more offline support, so now all your backlinks will load without an internet connection and so will the ‘on this day’ section of the calendar. This makes working offline even better!
These extra offline capabilities help performance, too. You can expect these pages to load faster, even when you’re online.
Block-based linking is now free!
Block-based linking allows you to link to a specific block from another object, or to embed that block in another object. This more precise way of linking is great for research use cases.
You can copy a block reference from the block menu, and paste it into any object. There it will be embedded with a label to show you where it’s come from.
Previously this was a Pro feature, but now it’s available for everyone!
Small Improvements & Bug Fixes
Much better search behavior in object dashboards and collections: Now, when you search for an object in a dashboard or collection, the search results will be more accurate and relevant. This makes it easier to find the object you’re looking for, even if you have a large number of objects in your dashboard or collection.
Fixed feedback board authentication loop: We’ve fixed an issue where users were getting stuck in an authentication loop when trying to access the feedback board. Now, you should be able to access the feedback board without any issues.
Better experience when using tables: We fixed some bugs reported by users when using tables. Now, you should have a better experience when using tables in Capacities.
